A1 CMS works on its own. Connecting an account you already use brings your calendar, your mail and your files into the same place as your customers, matters and invoices. You choose which account to connect, and you can disconnect it at any time.
Appointments booked with you appear in your Google Calendar, a cancellation removes them, and the times already taken in your calendar are not offered to anyone booking with you.
Your conversations appear beside the customer or lead they belong to, replies are sent from your own address, and a message can be filed against a record. Microsoft, Yahoo and Apple mailboxes connect the same way, as does any mailbox with standard mail settings.
Attach a file that lives in your storage account without downloading and re-uploading it, and open it again from the record later.
Staff can sign in with a Google account instead of a password.
Stripe and PayPal take card payments for your invoices. Card details are entered on the processor's own pages and never reach A1 CMS.
The Claude and ChatGPT assistants run on API keys you provide, under your own agreement with the provider.
Data from a connected account is used only to provide the feature you connected it for, inside your own workspace. It is not sold, not used for advertising, and not used to train artificial intelligence models. Disconnecting an account in A1 CMS deletes the stored connection, and you can withdraw the permission from the provider at any time: for Google that is myaccount.google.com/permissions.
A1 CMS's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. The full detail is in our privacy policy, alongside our security practices and terms of use.
